Jon has been exceptionally courteous and helpful in assisting us with our Cadillac. Since we purchase our Cadillac, we had to continuously have had to bring it in for service repairs .

All good. Only recommendation I have is that each vehicle serviced should be vacuumed and washed before returned to customer. When I worked at a dealership we would never give a vehicle back without a fresh wash.
