Chris is a great service expert. His communication and professionalism is impressive. Service is great. Even though the service cost was 4,000 dollars, I am confident that is was done properly and will be beneficial to tha overall value of my vehicle.

I was scheduled for an appointment Monday morning at 1030am, 9/11. It took 2 full days to get a response with an actual diagnosis of my vehicle, and that was after consistent calling and texting on my part, to the point where the service advisor had to ask permission to have my car prioritized. I was renting a car beginning Monday morning, fully expecting to know that day what exactly was wrong with my vehicle. Did not get the diagnosis until closing on Tues, 9/12. Absolutely DO NOT feel like Paradise values the loyalty of its customers OR the product they are servicing.

I’m not satisfied with the quality of service that was provided today, Because I had to bring my car back to the service center for repairs
Because the car was not properly put back together as it should have been the way I brought it in. The engine was making noise because the
Cover had not been properly fitted on the engine. So I contacted Trevor
And showed him what I had found under the hood of my engine. So that Was definitely disappointing for me. So Trevor had to correct the issue.
Look if I had to wait nearly two to three hours for service. Then the service technician should have been extremely careful about assembly
Back to the original design when putting my car Back together. So that tells me that he is not efficient at what he’s doing. Check everything out
Before he says my car is ready to be picked up.( Certified) was not apart of his work today on my vehicle. (AAA) Also Referred me!!!
