So, was the service adviser polite, and helpful yes. I’m unfortunately just unhappy that my wife was told it was maybe just the battery and when they tested the battery they determined that the battery tested fine. After a 200 dollar diagnosis fee, all it ended up being was the bolt was loose that secured the negative wire to the battery terminal. That is something I believe should have been checked when the battery was tested. 200 dollars to tighten a bolt seems outrageous. On top of that I had to pay for a car rental that day. I feel they could have been more observant and noticed that to avoid the hassle. The car has only 40,000 miles and I have the warranty on it. I should not have had to pay 200 dollars.
