Got hit with a lot of unknown services. Needed new calipers when Chevy knew the ones that were on the truck were no good. I think Chevy needs to fix the problem without hitting the customer with a huge bill. James the service advisor was great. Very informative and easy to work with.

yes I would absolutely like to recognize my service advisor Chris Stilgebouer. My 2018 Cadillac Escalade which is a vehicle that is for my special-needs daughters transportation all the sudden had a blown water pump. He was able to get me in immediately and get it fixed for me the next business day as my vehicle didn’t arrive until 5:20 PM previous day. He stayed behind to make sure my vehicle came in on the label to diagnose it to be able to help get my vehicle back as fast as possible during a busy holiday week.
