Only concern is the system to which customer and service technical team analysis of problem; the part ordered was wrong;
the the correct part is back ordered; no eta on part availability so…..
How can dealer solve the communication gap to notify owner when part is available (i took it upon myself to Dave the date two weeks from when i bought car -to follow up with dealer; i endured the part was apart of my financial documents.
Second - how can dealer ensure both client and service team time is not wasted? While technicians may be paid hourly the dealer, tech team, and clients time could have been spent in more efficient ways. Maybe process management review/assessment wouldn't hurt. Thank you for your time and open mindset. Looking forward to having my 2024 Lyriq with all her parts soon( come on cadallic… proove that my trading in my 2023 lexus was not a mistake).
