Hello, In regards to Mr. J. Hernandez, he was and is an excellent advisor. He not only competed his job well, but he kept me informed of the entire progress. He deserves an A+. My lack of satisfaction was and is the fact that each time I am visiting Paradise Chevrolet for vehicle services, there is NEVER a loaner vehicle available for [me], even though I purchased a vehicle there that cost well over $100K. I scheduled my appointment at the earliest possible time so I would be able to receive a loaner vehicle, but it never happens for some mind boggling reason. Additionally, I overheard two other customers being offered loaner vehicles after I was informed there weren’t any available to me. Furthermore, it took me having to go through the concierge to get my appointment scheduled, due not making verbal contact with the service department's staff in charge of scheduling. I was connected to them a total of 4 times and hung up on every single time, as I could hear staff congregating in the background. I find it very difficult to have a smile on my face when these issues are at a single establishment and occurring consecutively. In conclusion, it only took a matter of seconds for me to be contacted twice in regards to me selling my vehicle to this establishment after being checked in. Unfortunately, me as a “valued” customer doesn’t get that same sense of urgency…

So far with the Staff I can see that is working with the Service Depts. Are very kind & courtesy by far are friendly and a very clean environment to be around. And love their waiting room, TV & Snacks,so very comfortable too.Thk You Paradise Chevrolet.

As always, the service level that Jon Hernandez extends to our family is second to none. My daughter recently brought her Chevy Trax in for an oil change, and he was able to work in a tire rotation and to take care of a recall issue in the same visit without creating too much of an extra delay. I have had the pleasure of Jon’s courtesy and professionalism in the Paradise service drive for nearly 20 years. Please keep Jon happy. He is a very valuable employee!!
