It would be great if someone would contact me about the service. The time was great as to getting the job done in a timely manner however the communication on what was told to me while at the advisor desk and what was written on my inspection report are two different things and I am not happy about that, what was put into the inspection is inaccurate and would like it corrected. About rear wiper blade, windshield, tire deep, pushing tires on me to the extent that my tires were not able to be rotated and telling me my brake fluid should be flushed along with cleaning the fuel components and with only 44,000 miles not necessary with this mileage.

Michael Sanchez, provided excellent service on my 2019 ESV Escalade service. He answered all my questions & concerns regarding my problems on my ESV Escalade except the cracked on the right below the passenger set. He told me that he cannot fix this vinyl cover cracked below the right passenger seat because my bumper to bumper coverage was already expired last Dec 9, 2025 but I bought the additional 4 years extended warranty for $6000.00 cash last Dec 2025. This cracked below the right passenger seat has been fixed twice by Paradise but it cracked again for the third time. I think the right passenger seat is the problem that’s why the below vinyl
Cover is always cracking. The mileage on my ESV Escalade is only 35000 plus
My son is the only one sitting on that right passenger seat and he is only 195 lbs. I bought my 2011 suburban & 2019 ESV Escalade @ Paradise.

I trust Jeff Hunt implicitly with my Caddy, his service and attention are the only reasons I’m a repeat customer. That said, I was annoyed to pick up my truck today and find it in such a dirty state after a week in the shop. To make matters worse, the driver who brought it up was dismissive when I pointed it out, stating it wasn't his department. Jeff is excellent, but the dealership’s final delivery and customer service from the runners need a serious reality check. Total turn off to be talked down to by an employee.
