Unfortunate there were no rentals that were closer to comparable to my vehicle - but Chris made sure we had a rental during the weeks the transmission was worked on. Overall, satisfied with the oil change and tire rotation completed as expected. Unfortunately, when the vehicle was returned stated to have been completed, I asked the advisor Chris O’Neill what the ongoing “clicking” sound was that emanated from the front drive area between 5 and 12 miles per hour? Chris responded that no such sound was observed and suggested a rock could be wedged in a tire tread and would work its way out. This response, rather than do the appropriate thing and take the car out for a road test left me with the feeling that my concern was unimportant.
After driving away, the reported clicking sound was heard regularly upon accelerating and decelerating between 5 and 12 miles per hour so something is clearly out of order.
