From the time I pull into the service area to drop off my car everyone is very professional from the person who walk up to the car and ask what my name is. Do I have an appointment to Chris coming out and greeting me with a warm smile as well as letting me know that my car is in good hands and they will address with the car is being brought in for service. I especially like Chris because he gives you an update on the process of your car being serviced and if anything pops up whether be a delay or even if the car is finished early. He’ll contact you and let you know what’s going on. I feel you guys are lucky to have Chris representing Paradise Chevrolet.
