The quality of service from Paradise has dropped off dramatically in the past few months. There is relentless up selling for services. They now try to bundle a 20 dollar tire rotation with an oil change that they have to go into the system and remove. It was a 10 day lead time for an oil change. Clearly this service department is not managed very well at all. I have several other examples where I feel things have deteriorated to the point of me looking for another service department to meet my needs.
