The service advisor was not service oriented at all. Candace was uncaring and did not take even few seconds to answer my questions. She had the attitude of: this is what it is. I sat in the waiting lounge for three hours with no information about how long more it would take for a diagnostic.,I waived to her once, after waiting took hours, to get an update. I was pretty much dismissed. After waiting another hour, I asked an Asian man how long more I had to wait. He ended up helping me get answers and got my car for me. I did not see Candace anymore after that. This woman should not be in the service industry.

I waited for a good 40 mins outside for my car to be returned . After a Toyota rep told me he was gonna find my car ASAP , he never did and left . Finally I text Jeremy because I had an appt at noon, and I saw other customers coming out after me and getting their cars and Jeremy apologized and Said he’d find out what’s going on and take care of it . Within 5 mins he came outside with a guy and told him to find my car and he did . I had to cancel my 12:00 appt . I thought I’d have plenty of time to make it , but didn’t as it took almost 50 mins to get my car and get out of there . This has never happened to me before .

Luis R Martin advisor he had never even took care of my screen panel of AC Display panel it was blurry adult you trying to play it off it was normal, but I compared to car similar side-by-side and my screen was jacked up.

I arrived early for my appointment, I asked about how long it would take to have an oil change, I was advised about an hour and a half, maybe 2 hours. I stated to Michael that I had a doctor's appointment close to the two-hour limit and he said it shouldn't take that long.
Regretfully, it took over 2/hours to get me car done for a simple oil change with a scheduled appointment. Needless to say, I missed my doctor's appointment and had to reschedule.
The waiting lounge was very nice, clean and they offered beverages.
This was my first service with Claremont Toyota and I was disappointed with the timeframe to complete the service.

This is the second time that I've brought my vehicle in and I still do not know what is wrong with it. A Toyota engineer came out to do an inspection and I was not given any of the information from the inspection. I am super frustrated and very unsatisfied. I am a long time Toyota customer and I feel like I'm getting the runaround with my vehicle. It is unsafe to drive and nobody can seem to tell me what is wrong with it it is a brand new vehicle. I really wish that somebody would contact me know what is going on with my vehicle
