It seems like the staff are very unorganized and confused, I had an 11 o'clock appointment for an oil change and tire rotation I waited until 2 o'clock,I went to enquiry about my vehicle and no one knows the vehicle is or the paperwork for the vehicle. After speaking to Tony Sanchez/Service Manager, I had the pleasure of meeting Kevin Alvarez/service writer whom seemed to have helped thus far. Kevin talked to me about what the expert mechanic was going to do. After all was said & done Kevin talked to me about what was done. I took photos as well.
