I was asked for the best number to call, which I provided; however, my husband’s phone was called, instead of the number I provided, so I never received the call that my car was ready for pickup. Thankfully I realized that it was getting late and called to check up on it, and they let me know it was ready and I could still pick it up. When I arrived, the receptionist at the front desk informed me that the cashier was closed and that I couldn’t pick up my car until Monday. My ride had already left, but luckily I caught him and he told me to check in the back for myself. Luckily, I made it in time and was able to pickup my car, but I was very frustrated and disappointed by the lack of professionalism and help when I was in need due their error. Why even take my best number then call a different one?
