Scott was a little short with me this time. Making sure the other service technician heard that I was one of the lucky ones who gets a free oil change. He has never been like this in the past. I also signed up for a free appraisal when I made my appointment and when the service was done I asked him about the free appraisal I signed up for, he said we do not do that here and I had to talk to the sales guys, so I left. Maybe Scott was having a bad day.

First time service at Claremont Toyota service but gave me a bad impression, my passenger seat is very dirty, I show it to the manager and he confirmed that their technician leave it dirty, they should treat any car the same way they treat thier own car. That was Bad experience,I won’t recommend it to others . probably not coming back…
