The 15 minute wait to get fully checked in seemed excessive, especially since I had an appointment. Otherwise things were fine.

I had an appointment for 9:45. Scott the service advisor said car would be ready by 12 or 1pm. Paperwork also stated that. I called multiple times and was unable to get ahold of Scott or any update on my car. Car was done at until 3:40pm. I so have after market wheels which require a special lug nut socket which was not returned to me. I call es back telling them I did not get my socket back and was told they would TRY to get ahold of Scott and that he would call me back o he never did.

Loved the communication with Michael. He offered recommendations and I did not feel pressured at all by him to meet all recommendations. Instead he helped determine which were necessary and did not push it further when I declined some services. I used to go to the West Covina Toyota but this facility feels more organized and the customer service is unbeatable. Keep up the good work!
