Candace was great. The tech left my hood unlatched and it popped open on the freeway. Although there was not damage, this is unacceptable. The service manager never returned my call when I asked to speak to him. Very bad follow up to a safety concern.

Not a friendly service when I arrived to drop the car. I told Scott what issues I had and he said "what do you want us to do". The whole point was for you guys to look into it. He did not read the comments that I provided when making the appointment.
Manager assumed my car was repainted (without confirming) when I only wanted them to check a discoloration of the hood.
Very disappointed.
