No problem whatsoever with Brooke. She was very courteous and did everything in her power to assist.
Our vehicle — I believe — is calculating trip engine hours and mileage at a faster rate than what is accurate. For example, in driving to the dealership today, as O was 50 mins into my trip, the trip meter said 1 hr 19 mins (30 mins over accurate trip time). Similarly, when I travel to a known destination with known mileage, the odometer will calculate more miles than what I know to be the accurate mileage. This is a great concern to me because of warranty and vehicle value.
