Best service experience from a dealer that I've had in my 40 year life. It's the little things. Not pushy at all and my car was washed before i got it back. All around an hour wait. Wow! Again, it's the little things

Well once again I was not satisfied, there was grease on my doors , floor mats and steering wheel, and also if I had not opened my hood I would not have found the oil container that was left to catch the oil from my oil filter when they change it. It has always been something wrong that I didn’t like . I’m going to buy a new Toyota Camry TRD but it want be from Spring Hill Toyota

Our 4 runner did not have any scratches on the running boards when we took it in for an oil change on Saturday February 20 2021, now there are several large deep scratches on the drivers side running board. Also the tires were rotated and now the vehicle shakes really bad at about 62 mph. There is also a lot of shaking in the steering wheel.
