I think the staff is great, but the process and procedures need work.
1. Making an appointment for ‘Checking-In’ and not considering availability of staff to support it.
2. Making all the arrangements digital, while I sit waiting for my car doesn’t make sense. It’s like texting me at the dinner table as we eat.
3. Your process so long for oil change, you have to ask if your going to wait for your vehicle. As competitors provide 15 minute service. I ask myself is it worth it?
4. You want to make everything digital, but do not provide a digital detail receipt of the service provided.

The service advisor lied to me about charges. When I picked up my car I have missing & broken personal property, when I tried reaching out I was then ignored and the manager was a totally disrespectful and disgusting person who shouldn’t have a job. He called me a liar and told me I damaged my own property and then hung up on me. There’s a lot more to the story but I’ve filed a claim against this location with VW of america. I am absolutely beyond disgusted!
