The service I received was very disappointing and frustrating, I primarily brought my vehicle in to find out why it was randomly smoking, which the Technicians found it difficult to figure out. I had to prod my service advisor on updates on this issue, finally the fourth day I called near the end of service hours, the service advisor said he would check with the technician and call me back, which he did stating that the repair I needed would cost $3500.00 and wanted permission to check the other turbo that would possibly be another $3500.00, I told him I will not approve the repair and I will pick my car up on Monday. Picked my car up on Monday put it in another shop they diagnosed the problem the same day and it wasn’t what your service advisor told me, I only paid $350.00 not $3500.00. I believe I’m due a refund of what I paid for diagnostic.
