You’re communication and phone system to have someone available is completely useless. Your automatic messages are very delayed and not correct. Call and talk to your customers vs. using automatic texts.

Service staff was good as far as helping me but it seems my issue can’t be solved by replacing the torque converter or the valve body. That is a shame because I like this truck
