Went for an oil change. Got home and noticed oil leaking all over my driveway and garage. Something was not done correctly. Now I have to go back first thing Monday morning and deal with it. Hard to see how an oil change is not done right. It’s like the drain plug was not put back in. I am frustrated.

I scheduled my appointment on a Sunday for the following Thursday. I arrived and was told my brake pads weren’t in stock. Unacceptable. Parts should have been verified and my appointment should have been rescheduled once arrival of pads was confirmed. I wasted an entire day because parts weren’t verified to be in stock.

The ladies at the service desk were great but I could tell there is such disorganization within the service department. Granted everyone is friendly, there is a lack of communication and efficiency. I have waited over an hour to pick up my vehicle in service patiently and when I inquired about my vehicle to one of the ladies at the service desk, she looked at me as if she was surprised I was still there...that was my same thought. I was called in the morning about my vehicle being ready for pickup, responses via text that I didn’t get off work until 4p yet my car was still not ready (“lost key” was overheard more than once). Hence one portion of my observation of disorganization and lack of communication. Thanks.

I have been working my car really hard; gardening, carrying plants and garden tools, as well as taking my dog for trips to the farm as well as to his herding lessons. The inside of the car was a mess. I told Calvin to not bother with cleaning the inside. When I got back to my car it was sparkling clean inside and out! Thanks, Calvin! Michael L

The truck drives very differently. Had to send it back. No communication in terms of when it was completed in spite of several texts to the service manager. Warranty information was not honored.
