I found the lack of communication with this service advisor non existant. It was me that had to continuously call to find out the status of my vehicle for the duration the car was there. Leave voice messages that went unreturned. I have been going to this location since 2005 and have never been unhappy with prior service performed or dealing with a service advisor until now. The bill was incorrect and had to be corrected twice. The car was not looked over before being given back to me, the ignition dash was not snapped back together and there is a bolt missing on the bar that hold the electric box up. So now I will be having to take it back and have it looked at again.

I was quite concerned about heading into Chicago for an appointment and I stopped into schererville bmw the night before and it was close to closing so the young lady was able to only put air into the tire. That same afternoon it still showed low air so I called the next morning and Mr. Calvin Perdue handled my visit and made sure I got out on time and they thoroughly inspected the tire and found a nail and plugged it.
