Robert was great before and during the service. He helped me get my tailgate to open, even though it was going to need service. He also suggested an overdue service option that addressed a problem I was having. He deserves more than a 5 star star rating.

Dropped off vehicles Tuesday and Thursday. Both days had miscommunications getting picked up for the shuttle service. If I wouldn’t have called multiple times inquiring where my shuttle was I would have been stranded at work and without a vehicle.
Otherwise, I love the service at BT WEST. Even after getting an expensive estimate, I still appreciate the service and personnel.
