Manuel was extremely polite and helpful. He was able to answer and address any concerns and or questions that I had. I have dealt with him a few times already and am always satisfied with the level of sevice that he provides me and my wife. Because of this I continue to ask for him when I need sevice assistance. Truly a pleasure to deal with.

I do not understand why everytime I go to the service center I recieve the most nastiest service. I requested for a tire change because of its leak in pressure. However, they deliberately lie to my face... smacking their lips telling me I have a broken tube, leaking coolant, and that my front tire is out of wack. So then I proceeded to tell them I'll come back for that. He then laughs and says "huh, next time more expensive". You're going to tell me it's more expensive to get it later then now when I actually need it? Never again will I put up with such service.
