Hassan was the gentleman that handled my 3019 Honda Pilot. He was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. He was friendly, went over everything with me, made sure I didn’t have any questions. I had no issues getting the loaner car. Hassan even texted me updates and made sure I had no other issues I needed address with my truck. I could not of had a better experience as a customer.

Service manager really shoddy in managing customer experience. Sent recalled odyssey back to my home despite side doors malfunctioning and not closing. Back door/ bumper was damaged during previous repair and has had trouble closing ever since. Problem still persisted after they claimed to have fixed the issue.
Had to send back vehicle back to service station to have issues addressed. So much for quality check and assurance at this service location. Just a bunch of hustlers who want to pass on substandard work. 0 stars.

Your automatic response informed me car was ready for pick up. I had my daughter drive me to your dealership, drop me off so I could drive my car home, Only to be told my car was not ready and why did I show up.
