Your service communication isn’t the best. I made an appointment for a routine oil change on my 2020 Edge. I drove up. I saw 2 garage doors, one saying “Oil Change” - below that it says “Speedy service” in a very small print. And the other garage door says “Service”. So I pulled up to the oil change & sat there. While I sat there there was 2 vehicles came to the service door & they opened it & they pulled right in. While the door was up, I saw several workers walking around. Obviously they never saw me even tho I saw them & I’m like what the heck? I didn’t know what I needed to do? I assumed they were going to open the garage door but they never did. So I sat there & sat there until I saw a car pulled up behind me & they got out & they walked to the smaller service door. That gentleman never came out. So I finally went inside a lot perturbed. The service guy ask what I came in. I’m like really. But anyway, they told me to save a seat in the waiting room & itll take around 1 1/2 - 2 hrs. I didn’t think about it but I did I need an appointment if I still have to wait that long? So it didn’t matter if I had sn appointment or not. I would still had to wait. I thought having an appointment, that I could get in right of way. So it’s bunch of BS on this appointment thing & how you ignore customers just b/c all your doors are closed & you can’t see them pull up well at least the the oil change line. After it was done, I walked up to my car & noticed big smudge marks all over my driver’s side door. Like oil smudges. I just got the zbart protection & damn smudges! Very poor service!!! I hate to see what the engine looks like. So very disappointed with your service!!!

I took my truck for recalls that needed to be done, when I went to pick it up all the lights were on, unfortunately I’m not happy with Ford services

Gayle Bright was great and processed myself and the other customers in a timely manner and my truck was serviced the same. A+ all around.

Work was completed on time as promised. Car was returned clean; no trash on floor.

Gale is AMAZING!!! The customer service is AMAZING!! I have no complaints at all!! I Love the fact that when they hv your vehicle they communicate with you an even when you ask a lot of questions they are very patient an they make sure that you understand. I will definitely be a life time customer!!
