I had a 12 pm appointment for an oil change. I was 5 min early when they took my info. I was in the waiting room for 2 hours before I finally talked with someone. They said it was almost done. 30 minutes later I was handed the paper work and paid my bill. When I walked out I asked about the oil leak noted on the paper. No one was going to mention anything - just let me leave with a potential problem that needs attention. I have another appointment to have this dealt with but I am not confident this will be handled right
This is the first time I have experienced such poor service. 2 and a half hours for an oil change appointment and no one seemed to care
