John is a great service agent he is not accountable for the repair and the bad products you use on my sun roof John takes real good care of me and I wish you would put that effort in your vehicles cause this is not the giro time I had this in for the sun roof and you know this is a known problem with the f150’s for I have talk to others with this issue
