I am not satisfied with my service I believe that I will no longer use Bradley for services anymore your maintenance service CANT EVERfix the issues my cars have. The service fee is ridiculous for the price I have to pay and not even know how to detect the problem that’s ridiculous

Not really sure yet just got my car back today. This was the second time that my engine light had come on the first time was told that nothing was wrong with my car. The second time they decided they needed to keep my car to see what the problem was come to find out, it was the turbo that needed to be replaced was without my car for four days. I appreciate you guys providing me with a rental. I have Car maybe a month and a half and there’s already issues. Just waiting for something else to happen. Always heard that if you have problems with a vehicle at the beginning then it’s just a continual thing. I really have no choice at this point but to keep my car, but it’s sad that I’ve had this car for a month and a half now that it’s financed if I tried to trade it in, I would be upside down funny how that works with dealerships to me. I feel like I’ve been trapped and have no other choice but to keep my car and just wonder what else is going to go wrong with it
