I don’t know who Rachel Ademec is. Pete in the service area went out of his way to help me out with getting someone to put bracket which was missing on front bumper for license plate and rear plate. He also went out of his way to have someone in service remove window sticker for Pennsylvania registration and also had service check all 4 tires air pressure.
