Rachel was proactive in listening to my concerns. She took the time to hear what i had to say and went the extra mile to make sure my car was completely looked over and safe. I appreciate her hard work in keeping my family safe in my vehicle.

Rachel did not go over the new tire specs with me. How many miles are the tires good for? What is the normal tire pressure for these tires. How often do I rotate the tire. She also talks too fast. This was an uncomfortable experience.
