This was my first time to bring my car in and have not done business here in the past so I was not sure of how the service department worked. I walked in to see what I needed to do and had no luck finding someone to assist me. I eventually asked another customer how to get checked in. Once checked in the assistant was helpful. However, I did not realize until reading my service receipt at home that my concern for the steering wheel vibration working correctly seems to have been misinterpreted by whomever inspected my GC per their action taken on my receipt statement. My concern for the bump in the floor board was dismissed, when in fact the electrical box was not secured in place causing it to stick up through the carpet. I also was surprised at how dirty my GC was when returned. Inside and outside. I took off a day of work to bring my GC in and am frustrated that everything was not taken care of.
