I recently brought in my car for maintenance in the beginning of January. It was overall a good experience at first, however I have a few complaints. I am actively serving in the military, so my personal transportation is something I depend on. He made it clear to me that I would have to wait a while because there is only one mechanic who specializes in what I needed done. But I didn’t expect to not have my vehicle for 10 days. And the cost of labor was exceptionally high and felt unsatisfying to pay. To be fair I was expecting to be offered a compensation of some sort. I wasn’t offered anything. I believe that the job could’ve been done sooner, or they could have offered me a rental car until I get mine back. This situation out my job at risk. On top of everything when I finally received my car, it still had issues; meaning that it wasn’t fixed properly. I don’t want to come off rude thank you again for your service, I just feel like it wasn’t as mutual of a transaction as it could’ve been. - Jacob Y
