Our truck was towed in because the battery caught fire. We called our insurance company and Ram warranty. After they looked at the truck, our insurance said they would cover, minus our deductible. Warranty was never called by dealership to help us take care of this. Our truck only has 23,000 miles but dealership would not see if warranty would cover, that was all our responsibility. We had already called them, they were actually the ones that sent a tow truck to get our truck. Johnny called and gave us information about costs and we told them to get it fixed & insurance approved (over $3000). After a week of waiting on parts, they gave us a date our truck would be ready. We drive 3 1/2 hours to get the truck, only to be told the wrong part was ordered (according to paperwork, that part we were told was wrong, wasn’t even used). Gave us another date, a week later that our truck would be ready (another 3 1/2 hour drive)again....now another excuse (again according to paperwork, that was not even fixed on the truck). An additional invoice was submitted to insurance for the supposedly new finding, (Johnny had sent to wrong person and our insurance hadn’t received anything) for an additional $800. Told us on Monday, that truck was ready but couldn’t get truck until insurance sent payment. After speaking with insurance, our adjuster personally called and spoke to Johnny, our service writer, and got everything cleared up. Went to pick up truck the next day (now they’ve had our truck of over 3 weeks), and they tried to charge us the additional $800 insurance was paying. Johnny told us again, WE had to call, that he hadn’t heard from insurance. We called and our insurance said they had spoke to Johnny the day before and had it taken care of. Johnny was rude and unprofessional when dealing with us and very lacking trying to help us. He didn’t even call us by the right name when he brought us our truck keys. Poor customer service for sure!! Why are we having to call warranty to “investigate”?Why is my insurance paying when it could have been covered by warranty? We opted out of having to wait on warranty because we were in the process of moving and needed our truck, not knowing they were going to have our truck for over 3 weeks. After leaving we got to where we were going and noticed the tailgate had a dent in it, that wasn’t there prior to having the truck at dealership. We will NEVER use this dealership for service again.

I tried calling Kelly and left messages for two days and finally found out that she was out of the office. I was in the service area all day yesterday and they finally found the problem and ordered parts. I was told to return today between 8:30 and 9. I arrived at 8:30 and at 12:30 I found out that they had not even started on my truck. Kelly said that all of the parts were not checked in early but the mechanic had them now and would start working on my truck. If I had been told the parts had not been received I would have left and return later. Kelly said I should not have waited for the truck but I had told her both days I didn’t have any option but to wait.

Johnny Jimenez is AMAZING!!! He is the sole reason as to why we continue to take in our vehicles for all our scheduled maintenance. He is very knowledgeable and very professional. O previously had the 2014-2016 Eco-Diesel mandated software update performed at your dealership. Since then, there is an increased turbo lag and reduction of power. I brought it back last Wednesday. Your diesel tech says it is within specs and runs just fine. It does not. There is a prominent turbo lag and loss of power. Many of the ecodiesel websites have the same complaints. It is not functioning properly, so telling me it does is not the answer.
