I didn’t have an appointment but during my previous visit he told me that I need new Struts. I left the car with him and in the late afternoon my car was fixed including balancing and a new switch for the low tire indicator. I only have the highest praise for his courtesy, promptness and follow-up I am glad to have him as my service provider.

Robert was nice and service completed at time detailed. I just didn’t like that I was over charged for other services when bringing on coupon for oil change. Oil change was to be charged $69.99 but then I was charged extra as it required extra quart of oil which okay I understand but why sent customer that promo knowing that they have a specific vehicle. Also I requested tire rotation which was priced at $24.99 and I was charged $29.99 at invoice and an environmental disposal fee that was about $11 which when I was charged prior services $2.50.

Roberto, el servicio dado a mi coche fue excelente.....pero cuando llegue con mi coche dealer llevaba la luz roja de que se calienta, lo dejé saber y a todo el que me pregunto se lo comenté que tenía las otras luces que resultaron ser un BRAKE pero está luz roja que supuestamente es que se calienta.....no tiene un significado para mi.....ya que cuando lo prendo y lo arranco en la mañana es un ejemplo de lo que me sucedió esta mañana no llegue a la media cuadra y se había prendido.....apague el coche y lo volví a prender y ya no volvió a encenderse más.....ayer domingo me paso por dos veces....sin el coche estar caliente....
