I am unhappy with my car and afraid to drive it far I am writing a letter to Matt Blatt with how he can allow people to ride around with a car that my engine can lock again.

Tori as always was great. However, it took a total of 3 months (combined service appointments) to get my car fixed. Very disappointed that they offered me $2000 less than I owed on the car to buy it back. I’ve bought and leased 4 Kia’s at Matt Blatt. I will have to think twice before getting another one, especially since my wife’s lease is coming to an end soon.
