Dominique was so nice and helped me with some of the logistics that I was unsure of. Told part would be overnighted-but I never got a call-I called and told first available was Wednesday after I was told I would fit in on Saturday. After a hold Your representative said I would be accommodated. Dropped car off on Saturday at 8:45 and when I returned af 3:45 if was not done??,, Why ? Was been in finished ad J arrived so another 20 minutes was no big deal. Do appreciate the fitting in on the repair but felt I had to be the heavy to get it done. Though mission was accomplished so over all I am satisfied

As always the customer service is awesome! Matt did a great job keeping me informed and making the process an easy one. I really appreciated Matt and the mechanic requesting another Sorento for my loaner vehicle, I would’ve been happy with any car but they took the extra time to do that for me. I’ve never had a loaner car given to me as an option before at other dealerships so I was very grateful for that. They really took great care of making sure I wasn’t inconvenienced and took great care of my car as well. I can only say good things! Thank you for always providing top notch service!

I tried to do survey but don’t know if it went through so I’m doing it again, Katie was amazing and very knowledgeable and compassionate to my problems with my jeep. Also Tory and another gentleman that first checked my jeep in was also was great.
