I brought my car in for a oil change and the next day my engine light came on. Howard and I have not been able to connect and of course it is Saturday. I would like to make an appointment to have my car served. I have to go to work on Monday morning. I would like to connect with someone in the service department to schedule an appointment.

Dont know who the rep is thats mentioned in the survey but the girl in the garage had an attitude. Car was washed but not clean. No indication of being sanitized. I had to tell the man when I called to schedule what service was due and the mileage. Shouldn't he know that? On the other hand...The guy who checked me in and out was great.

I was not kept up to date on what was happening with my vehicle.
I brought my car in Tuesday night.
I called on Wednesday. Was told I would get a call bk when KIA approved engine so that I could get a courtesy car. I called on Thursday heard Jim was not in. No update
Called Friday morning then again Friday evening. Was told Jim was ill..hope he is doing well, and manager left for night. Was also told there are no courtesy cars available.
Called Saturday morning. Jim was not in. No vehicle for me to use. I told the rep that I am eligible for an outside rental...then a car came in.
I got the run around
Was told my phone mailbox was full, but I've been getting texts from Jim. Never got a text to contact MattBlatt

1) I thought I read where the valet service was waived over a certain price. That did not happen.
2) one text said my car was done and to come pick it up. But a different person emailed and said they would deliver back to my house. I didn’t get that one until I was back at the dealership.
