Jeffrey was great. The First service person, not so much. He said I hope you have a Lot of time to spare because there’s a lot of cars ahead of you. I said, I had a 12 o’clock appointment. I was told you need and appointment due to the virus. After I told him I had an appointment, he said that didn’t matter. Then why did the person on the phone schedule me for 12 o’clock? Otherwise, again, JeffreyWas great. My oil change took two hours and 10 minutes. Way too long. Thank you
