I got there at the time that I made the appointment for and waited three hours for an oil change and transmission flush. The excuse that I got was at the technician was uncomfortable to do the flush for the transmission. Then another technician was uncomfortable to drive my vehicle when I said that I had unusual steering noises at low speeds that they were going to look into. Overall, I think this is unacceptable If you have technicians they should be trained up to be able to do all functions instead I wasted three hours out of my day and kept getting excuses.
