David was respectful but I am unhappy with the so called solution. I have a car that is 1 1/2 years old and the battery keeps draining. Because the meter didn’t reach a certain level it could not be tested to see if something is draining the battery. That is unacceptable. A trickle battery was suggested. That requires a power source and is inconvenient. I bought a Honda because I thought it was reliable. I needed my 7 month old CRV jumped after a vacation. I have needed it jumped multiple times since. My husband’s Nissan is new and is jumping my car. It doesn’t have this problem. The Toyota I replaced with the CRV starts no problem. I have no peace of mind that my new $30,000 car is going to start. I need to carry a portable battery charger and jumper cables in a new car. This is unacceptable.
