We made an appointment for a simple service. It should not take over 2 hours. We were told it would take about 1-1/2 hours and had to ask service to check the status after 2 hours. It seems people with appointments should take precedence, but if that’s the case, obviously you need to revisit the number of appointments during any given time. I get in and out of the doctor’s office more quickly!

Yes, Christopher was very kind and made sure that we knew what they were going to do to the car and how long it was going to take. I told him that someone was picking me up and he said that he would be sure to call when that car was ready to pick up. While I was signing papers, he asked us about our day and made conversation with me and my cousin. I was very satisfied with my car and with the help that Christopher provided.
