I came in for an oil change and only an oil change. I asked what the cost was and I was fine with it. When I went to pay the bill was more than doubled. I asked why so much and Tony said you got an oil AND filter change, he said like you asked for. No, I called for an appointment for an oil change. When I got there you asked me what I was there for and I said an oil change.
Not happy about that at all.
