- I will probably go to another dealership for service next time.
- I waited almost an hour, no shuttle.
- I saw my car fished and park in the ready area for more than 10-15 minutes but the paper work process paperwork lagging, no one called my name. I had to approach the service advisor and requested to be checked out.
- No car wash. Using the COVID-19 as an excuse to cut corners. 1. You guys only wash the exterior of the car. 2. Other dealerships near by had been doing car wash for a while. 3. The mechanics entered the interior of the car anyway so even the car wash guys got in the interior would it make a difference?
- The processing work is horrible. Has management been sleeping at this dealership? You have Finished Service Cars sitting in the lot waiting and also you have customers on the floor waiting. They both sitting around for at least half an hour because of lousy paper work processing management.
- I hope the upper management wise up and looking into the time wasting process. My whole process should have taken only 45 mins. yet, it was scheduled for about an hour and a half to be finished. I guess you got to find way to charge some one.
