I don’t like that I had to sit there for almost 3 hours! They should provide loaner cars even if it’s just while the work is being done! This is supposed to be Volvo, which is supposed to be one of the best cars. My daughter has a Ford and they actually come pick up her car and leave her a loaner. How come Ford can do it and Volvo refuses!?! It’s extremely upsetting.

Herbert did the best job he could. He is a fine advisor.
However, I could tell that he got little help & support from the service team & therefore was unable to resolve one of the main problems. After leaving the car at your dealership for three days I paid for what was done & retrieved my car unsatisfied.
