The desk lady was GREAT.
The service department tried to swindle me. I had $1200 of repairs that I knew was not correct.... Motor mount, air filter, cabin filter, brake fluid and emissions. I took it for a second opinion at Karr Automotive. The only thing that they found after the full car inspection, was what they assumed was meant my emissions, Induction service due because of miliage. That was it. Your service team tried to steal $1200 from me. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I'm seriously thinking of reporting you to the Better Business Bureau. I thought that bringing my car to the Volvo dealership was the correct move for the upkeep of my car. I was wrong. You will never see me again for repairs nor to purchase my next Volvo.
