The woman was fine. I have no complaints about her.
I did not like the answer to my problem with the car.
I also had a 9:15 appointment. The car was not serviced for an hour AFTER the 9:15 appointment.
I give the woman 5 stars. As far as having to wait so long for my car, 1 star????
