You had no knowledge on fixing 2021 you didn’t work on my car and only my car until it was fixed u worked on several at a time u had no loaner cars and had no idea when u would manager did not return my phone call I’m regretting purchasing a brand new 2021 because it has many problems wrong with it and I’ve had it for 2 months

“ No “. Because he ( Alejandro) said they would check the fluid pump and the fluid pump, but he didn’t do it, also I had to speak, to the Tony the supervisor, which some of things were not done , they kept the car ???? for about two weeks and couldn’t check the other things , that Alejandro said, it’s say that things happen this way may your company changes or improved with your service.
