Unfair and unreasonable charge for “Customer Pay Envirmt/Supplies for Repair Order of $12.71 for basically installing “stickers” on sidesills. The amount was almost more than the tax. “Resolved” by management in form of service credit for future visits, but I am not happy about having to potentially pay this money grab in the future. This fee really adds up over time.
Gentleman at service desk was wonderful.

Long story short, my appointment was messed up a bit. A miss communication and as always he rose to the occasion. Got my wife a rental and finished our car a day early. When the other option was waiting more than a week and to have my wife miss another half day from work. That would not be acceptable, Mark as always did what he could and was a life saver.
